Stewart Hoffman
Stewart Hoffman’s primary focus is in developing and owning sound properties in good locations that provide high returns with a low element of risk. Mr. Hoffman personally owns or has a majority interest in over 52 commercial income producing entities.
Mr. Hoffman has purchased, developed, managed and sold numerous property types, encompassing raw land, multi-family, retail, professional offices, healthcare facilities, hospitality and senior housing facilities.
Through a group of major financial institutions, investment banks, and private investment companies, and his personal relationship with J.P. Morgan Chase, Mr. Hoffman has direct access to many types of capital funding, including conduit loans, conventional financing, private equity groups, HUD financing, and public offerings of Industrial Development bonds and Housing bonds.
Mr. Hoffman received a BS Degree in Finance and an MBA in Marketing Management from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business and participates as a Distinguished Executive Professor at the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University. Mr. Hoffman is a member of the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) and an active member of the USGBC North Texas Chapter.
